Project Overview
This project addresses dust control for lithium battery electrode rolling, slitting and die-cutting processes. A horizontal pulse cartridge dust collection system from Detai Environmental Protection is deployed to centrally collect and efficiently purify ultra-fine active dust, graphite dust, and copper/aluminum foil debris. The system delivers high filtration accuracy, anti-static and explosion-proof performance, and supports 24-hour continuous operation, fully complying with strict production and safety standards for new energy lithium battery workshops.
