The DWC-800-BIBO-CE Series is a newly developed waste electrode compression system designed by DUSTECH specifically for pole piece production processes in the lithium battery industry. Featuring intelligent control, efficient waste collection, and high compression capacity, the system significantly reduces manual cleaning time and minimizes secondary dust contamination during maintenance operations. The machine is well suited for pre-slitting and tab-forming processes associated with electrode forming equipment. It incorporates a Bag-In-Bag-Out (BIBO) filter replacement system, which effectively prevents dust release into the workshop during filter change-out, ensuring a cleaner and safer working environment.
